Study Abroad:

Are you considering undertaking a semester, year or short term program of study at an overseas university that is not a University of Melbourne exchange partner? If so, you should visit the following website for information regarding requirements and procedures for organising a Study Abroad program.

Any Bachelor of Commerce student intending to participate in a Study Abroad program must obtain approval from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce by submitting an Application for Study Abroad to the Commerce Student Centre and receiving the endorsement of the Faculty’s Global Mobility Coordinator. The Application for Study Abroad form is available at the Commerce Student Centre, or online.

By completing the Application for Study Abroad form and obtaining endorsement from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, you will be entitled to receive credit towards your Bachelor of Commerce degree for your overseas studies. Students who undertake Study Abroad without prior agreement from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce will not be granted credit!

Students who submit their completed Study Abroad form may also be eligible for a Melbourne Global Scholarship – deadlines and further information about Scholarships are included on the Application for Study Abroad form and also available on the Melbourne Global Mobility website.
