KickStart Your Career: Economics & Commerce Semester 2, 2009
KickStart has concluded for Semester 2, 2009. Information on each of the sessions and presentation slides are available below. Information on the KickStart program for Semester 1, 2010 will be available in February 2010.
Record crowds for the start of KickStart in Semester 2, 2009
Changes in sessions and the prospects for career developments lead to record crowds and interest in our Undergraduate Program. Make sure you sign up here for future KickStart sessions.
Guest Alumni speakers included BArts/BCom graduate Amir Nissen who initiated the Entrepreneur/Agents of Change Student Society(2008) and BCom/BachIS graduate Cynthia Tham, from Online Communications Co-ordinator, Vision Australia – amongst other projects is currently is working with blind contestant Gerrard Gosens in his journey of the dance floor, in Channel Seven’s Dancing with the Stars. The final session included three senior staff from Michael Page - Specialists in Recruitment who shared their experience and insight to the work force, and current job climate.
