Subject Changes

Students should refer to the Postgraduate Studies Catalogue for course structure and subject details. Current enrolment details may be viewed via the Student Portal. Students may amend their enrolment via the Student Portal or by submitting a Subject Change Form. All subject changes must be approved by the Faculty.

External Student Subject Enrolment

This form is to be completed by students requesting permission to enrol in subjects offered as part of the Graduate School, Facutly of Economics and Commerce offerings with the purpose of being credited towards a postgraduate degree in another Faculty. Please note that this form needs to be completed with all relevant signatures from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce before submission to home Faculty for enrolment.

Internal Transfer

Applications for Internal Transfer close 1 February 2007 (semester 1). After this date, students need to see their Academic Program Manager to discuss their request to transfer courses.

Credit and Exemption

Applications for Credit and Exemption must be submitted with the subject outline for subjects taken from the Handbook from the year in which the subject was completed. Students should refer to the Graduate School Credit and Exemption Policy.

Leave of Absence and Discontinuation

Students wishing to discontinue from their course must notify the Manager (Graduate School) in writing.

Local Students wishing to take leave of absence should use this form also.
